DESCRIPTION:925 GIVES is an annual\, community-powered day of giving led by Three Valleys Community Foundation (3VCF)\, the philanthropic hub of the Tri-Valley region and beyond. Rooted in the heart of the 925 area code\, this initiative brings together donors\, nonprofits\, and local leaders to strengthen our region through generosity and collaboration. \n\n\n\nLaunching July 25\, 2025 and culminating on September 25\, 2025 (9/25/25) with our concentrated online Giving Drive from 9AM to 5 PM\, this virtual event (925gives.org) is a fun\, focused opportunity to support the hundreds of nonprofits serving the inland areas of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Inspired by the mantra "Give Where You Live\," the campaign connects local resources with local needs amplifying the impact of every contribution. \n\n\n\nNonprofits serving our 925 region that are registered in 3VCF's nonprofit directory are invited to participate in 925 GIVES\, with around the clock online engagement that includes: real-time donation tracking\, leaderboard updates\, peer to peer and donor-initiated match challenges\, prize incentives\, and social media spotlights using #925GIVES and #GiveWhereYouLive.\n\n\n\nWhether you're a donor\, volunteer\, corporate or nonprofit partner\, 925 GIVES is your chance to be part of something powerful.
