DESCRIPTION:JUST ADDED!  The Money Boss is now offering an Online Class to help teach teens to avoid debt\, learn to budget\, and build wealth.\n\n\n\nGive your teen the gift of a financial education. Give them something FUN and VALUABLE to do during this time off from school!\n\nThe Money Boss Teen Money Smart Academy could be the difference between earning 100's of thousands of dollars in interest over a lifetime\, rather than paying 100's of thousands of dollars in interest over a lifetime.\n\nIt's all delivered in a LIVE\, online\, highly interactive group format over 6 weeks\, lead by Michelle using curriculum developed by veteran Financial Coaches\, and accompanied by the Money Mavericks game (created by a veteran Financial Coach and Comedian).\n\nHere's How it Works:\n\nWhen: Once a week for 2 hours\, starting the week of March 30th\, 2020 and ending the week of  May 4th\, 2020.  Class options are available on Monday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday evenings.  There are two options: 1) Classes WITH the game simulation software and 2) CURRICULUM Only (no software\, printed materials ONLY)\n\nWhere: Online via Zoom\n\nClass System Requirements: A Mac or PC with Internet Connection\n\nClass Size: To facilitate discussion among all participants\, class sizes will be limited to 15.\n\nTuition: $350 (includes Money Mavericks software\, Student Guide\, Parent Guide\, 6 Online LIVE 2 Hour Discussions with Michelle and Assignments in Between Sessions)\n\nWho it is For: The optimal ages for this course are Juniors and Seniors in High School.  We will be walking teens through scenarios from getting their first job to retirement.  The class is open to ages 16-20 years old.  Please call to discuss if you'd like to discuss an exception.\n\nSiblings:  Households with multiple teens are welcome to sit in and join the discussions.  However\, the software supports only one avatar.  Siblings are encouraged to purchase an additional copy of the Money Mavericks software  (discounted through The Money Boss)\, so they have their own version to play and their own Student Guide to take notes in\, and complete assignments from.\n\nTopics Covered: The 6-Week Course is going to cover a happiness scale aligned with values\, how to look for a job\, how to fill out an I-9 and W-4\, first pay stub review with taxes withheld\, first car purchase\, setting up a personal and business budget\, responsible credit management\, bankruptcy and more.  Topics include "game quizzes".  Students are allowed to fail to learn from mistakes.\n\nWhat if my Teen Has to Miss a Class: If for some reason you cannot attend a Live Call\, all calls will be recorded.
