The Pedrozzi Foundation is hosting a free workshop to provide hands-on help to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as well as the CA Dream Act Application. The workshop is open to all Tri-Valley high school seniors and current college students who are welcome to drop in any time, although advance registration is recommended.
Completing the FAFSA is the first step toward receiving financial aid from the federal and state governments, colleges and many scholarship providers, so the Pedrozzi Foundation recommends that all high school students submit it. Eighty-five percent of students have a chance of receiving some type of financial aid for college or vocational training; ninety-two percent of students from low-income households receive grants that never have to be paid back.
The Livermore School District is a proud sponsor of this event.
Come prepared. Visit Pedrozzi.org to view list of information needed and to register.
