Robert Nuddleman is back to help our nonprofits comply with their sexual harassment prevention requirements. California law requires employers with 5 or more employees to provide sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to all employees every two years. The law requires the training to include practical examples of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. The training must take place within six months of hire or promotion and every two years thereafter. Seasonal and temporary employees or employees hired to work less than 6 months, must be trained within 30 calendar days after hire or within 100 hours worked, whichever is earlier.

This course is designed to comply with the training required of all employees and supervisors. Each attendee who wants to receive a certificate must be separately registered and attend the event.
