We are so thrilled to be in the planning stages of Shepherd’s Gate Women Helping Women to Transform Their Lives Tea event on Saturday, May 21st from 1 PM – 3 PM. Hosted at Community Presbyterian Church in Danville, this will be our first live event in such a long time, and we are excited to spend an afternoon of tea together with you.
As one of our fundraising events of the year, all proceeds raised on that afternoon goes directly to our Learning & Career Center. The Learning & Career Center provides the necessary resources for our women to become financially stable, self-sufficient and overcome poverty. It’s one of our many vital programs to help women and children successfully overcome homelessness, poverty, addiction and domestic violence. I’m excited to announce that we have a matching grant of $30,000 where your gift will double to help twice as many women and children.
You are truly essential in helping us overcome the giant hurdle presented by this COVID-19 crisis. Please consider attending or becoming a sponsor. Together we can transform the lives of even more women and children and give the them the opportunity of healing and hope at Shepherd’s Gate.
