Description
Set in an 1890s barn with a gorgeous rolling hill view, this seven-course farm-to-table dinner from On the Vine Catering will be paired with 2021 vintage wines from the Livermore Valley Vintners Collective. This group of winemakers created guidelines for a red blend to showcase the Livermore Valley growing region with their own individual flair all while showcasing our region's cooperative wine community.
Hosted by Fenestra Winery, Garre Winery & Vineyards, JMC Cellars, Las Positas Vineyards, Page Mill Winery, Rosa Fierro Cellars, and Wood Family Vineyards. Livermore Valley Vintners Collective is a group of highly motivated and creative winemakers who decided to begin a winemaking project and agreed to create a blend from 100% Livermore Valley fruit, leaning on the exceptional quality found within our appellation. Their 2021 vintage of LVVC will be made up of 30-40% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest is up to each individual winemaker! 6:00-9:00 pm.
