In this workshop you will be introduced to The Behaviors of a Cohesive Team model which will open your eyes to what is currently happening on your team and what actionable steps you can start taking today to build a team that establishes trust between team members, engages in conflict around ideas, commits to decisions, holds team members accountable and focuses on achieving collective results—and has fun doing it.
