Join Nicole & Cynthia for a relaxing summer evening of gentle stretching and sound bathing on the lawn at Retzlaff Vineyards. Surrounded by our tranquil vineyard tucked away yet close to downtown Livermore, Retzlaff is the only 100% organic certified winery in Alameda county, and the perfect location to unwind with gentle movement and meditation for all ages and levels.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and if desired a blanket or pillow.
Includes a 90-minute yoga & sound bath experience.
Wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle after class.
