| Erica Hagelberg (they/them) is an attorney in the Employment Law Group. They are a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to receiving their law degree, they were a Summer Law Clerk with Hoge Fenton. Erica defends businesses in employment litigation, including with claims involving wage and hour issues, wrongful terminations, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
