| Erica Hagelberg (they/them) is an attorney in the Employment Law Group. They are a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. Prior to receiving their law degree, they were a Summer Law Clerk with Hoge Fenton. Erica defends businesses in employment litigation, including with claims involving wage and hour issues, wrongful terminations, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. They also assist employers with critical employment policies and handbooks. |
