You see so much activity . . . money being spent . . . meetings being held  . . . yet so few meaningful results.  OKRs is an acronym for Objectives and Key Results and a business process that was essential to Intel’s climb to market leadership and central to Google's culture as a management methodology.  OKRs are simply the best practice of setting and communicating company objectives and measuring their progress based on achieved key results.
 
In this workshop you will be introduced to OKRs, a process that helps to ensure that everyone in your company is focusing their efforts on the same important issues. The Objective is an ambitious, time bound, qualitative goal, while the Key Results make the objective achievable and are measurable and quantifiable.  Once in place, you will use this process to establish a quarterly rhythm of execution to achieve measurable results towards realizing your vision.
