Sharon Quesada Jenkins, MPA, Director of Government Affairs and External Relations

Sharon Jenkins is a regional leader with 20+ years of experience building high-impact partnerships across government, employers, community organizations, and health plans.  She serves as an Executive Officer for the East Bay Economic Development Alliance and has held key leadership roles with the East Bay Leadership Council and the Concord Chamber of Commerce.  Sharon is deeply committed to community services through her work on the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Board of Directors, the Measure X Advisory Board, and other major regional initiatives.

Marievita Lowe, Program Manager for Employer and Broker Relations
With 15+ years in the insurance industry, Marievita specializes in developing strategic programs that support brokers, group administrators, and employer groups across all market segments.  She is known for helping organizations navigate their benefits more effectively - improving member experience, maximizing plan value, and strengthening long-term outcomes.  Marievita has led impactful broker relationships across Northern California and is recognized for her strategic insight, stakeholder influence, and consistent service delivery.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of California at Berkeley.
