About the presenter
Anita York is a partner with the law firm of Scott & Whitehead and devotes her practice to the representation of employers. Her counseling practice includes assisting and advising employers on a broad range of employment-related matters, including the review and preparation of employee handbooks, harassment prevention training, independent contractor status analysis, employee onboarding, management, discipline and discharge, and many other employment issues that today's employers face. In addition, Anita conducts internal investigations and counsels clients who are conducting their own internal workplace investigations.
