Bring your mat and join us for 2 hours of gentle movement and stillness among the vines with Nicole T. We'll flow through gentle yoga to stretch and settle the body then close with a relaxing savasana on the lawn as the sun sets over the vineyard. All levels welcome. $30 pp includes a glass of wine after class (ages 21) . Please arrive by 5:50, wear comfortable clothes.
