Robert Nuddleman, Esq., owns Nuddleman Law Firm in Pleasanton, California. He represents individuals and companies in federal and state court and various administrative agencies. His legal services focus on overtime claims, breach of contract, trade secret protection, claims of sex, race, age, and pregnancy discrimination and/or harassment and accommodating persons with disabilities. Mr. Nuddleman helps clients reduce exposure to employment law claims. Actively involved in his community, he is Assistant Scout Master of Troop 999 in Livermore, California, and a member of the Kiwanis Club of San Ramon Valley.
