Mother’s Day Picnic
Sunday, May 14th
12:30-4:00PM [Gates open at 12:00PM]
*Please note that our Mother’s Day Picnic is the only experience available at McGrail on Mother’s Day! Reservations are required. We will only be open to ticket holders and will not accept walk-ups! 
No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.

Join us on Mother’s Day for a special afternoon full of time with loved ones, award-winning McGrail wines, and breathtaking views of the Livermore Valley!
We have a few different experiences we are offering guests. The details are below:

• Front Lawn | Open seating on our Front Lawn for families
• Arbor Cabanas | Limited Arbor Cabanas that comfortably seat up to 12 guests
• Patio Reserved Tables | Limited reserved tables on our Panoramic Patio that seat up to 8 guests per table 
• Members Lounge Reserved Tables | Limited reserved tables exclusively offered to Wine Club Members in our Members Lounge that seat up to 10 guests 

FOOD TRUCK  | New Tradition Kitchen | Vineyard Patio
FOOD TRUCK | Soleil Wood Fired Pizza | Front Lawn 
We will have these local food trucks on-site with food for purchase, but guests are also welcome to bring their own food! 
McGrail wines will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle. 
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. All coolers will be checked.

FRONT LAWN 
Please bring lawn chairs and blankets to make yourselves comfortable. The front lawn ticket is the open grass area and does not include tables, chairs, or shade. Pop-up tents are allowed weather dependent, if weather permits they must be weighted down & set up in a manager-approved area on the perimeter of our lawn. McGrail wines will be available for purchase by the glass and bottle!

FRONT LAWN ARBOR CABANAS
*Please note that we will not be offering refunds for canceled Cabana reservations within ten days of the event.
*Each cabana reservation includes the cabana space, event entry for a group of up to twelve guests, & a bottle of our Kylie Ryan Rosé 
Arbor Cabanas | Each arbor seats up to 12 guests comfortably | $300/Cabana for Wine Club Members | $420/Cabana for Guests

RESERVED PANORAMIC PATIO TABLES
*These tables will be located on our Panoramic Patio
*Each table reservation includes a bottle of our Kylie Ryan Rosé & event entry for eight guests

Panoramic Patio Reserved Tables | Up to 8 guests per table | $200/table for Wine Club Members | $300/table for Guests

*These tables are offered exclusively to Wine Club Members and will be located in our Members Lounge [Memberships will be verified upon booking.]
