The Tri-Valley Nonprofit Alliance (TVNPA) invites you to attend the “Mental Health Matters” forum, a vital community event focused on critical mental health issues in the Tri-Valley region. Mark your calendar for Thursday, , October 24, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Rosewood Commons Conference Center in Pleasanton.
This half-day forum will feature leading experts in mental health, including:
- Dr. Thomas Insel: Former Director of the National Institute of Mental Health, he will discuss mental health policy and community solutions.
- Alex Briscoe: Co-founder of the California Children’s Trust, he will provide insights on California’s mental health policies.
- Dr. Karyn Tribble: Alameda County Director of Public Health, she will cover mental health trends specific to our region.
