Building and sustaining engaged donor relationships has always been a critical component of successful fundraising. The model for what that looked like changed dramatically over the last two years, bringing both challenges and innovations to our development practices.

As we all begin to reemerge from this period of “virtual reality,” how are we redefining best practices in donor engagement, balancing donor-centricity with equitable practice, and rebuilding our donor communities through hybrid events and communications that afford greater access and inclusion?
