Yoga at the Vineyards!

Bring your yoga mat, a warm jacket, and a loved one to join us for an incredible in-person event partnered with Garden of Eden - Livermore! Get ready to experience a day filled with wellness and high vibes :)

Alexxis Lomack (founder of Mahogany Flows) will lead a 60 min-beginner friendly, outdoor yoga flow. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to shop with local cannabis brands for an exclusive experience! Some of your favorite cannabis reps will set up demonstrations where participants can inquire about specific products and get to know the brand a bit more.

Garden of Eden will also offer an exclusive discount to those who buy within the dispensary and show they attended the yoga flow! Participants are also encouraged to enjoy a glass of wine at the winery next door.

Consent to Photography and Video Recording:

* I, the ticket holder, hereby grant permission to Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden and its authorized representatives to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and/or performance during the event.

Use of Media:

* I understand that the photographs and video recordings taken may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden and its partners. This may include but is not limited to, online platforms, social media, marketing materials, and press releases.

Ownership of Media:

* I acknowledge that all rights to the photographs and video recordings, including any intellectual property rights, shall belong to Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden and its authorized representatives. I waive any claims to compensation or ownership for the use of these materials. However, one may request to receive these pictures from Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden for personal use (excludes promotional use for other business matters).

Retention of Media:

* I understand that the photographs and video recordings may be retained and used indefinitely by Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden and its authorized representatives.

Personal Use:

* I am permitted to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial, non-promotional use during the event. However, I may not interfere with professional photographers or videographers hired by Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden.

Release of Liability:

* I release [Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities related to the use of my image, likeness, voice, or performance in the photographs and video recordings.

Revocation of Consent:

* I understand that I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by notifying Alexxis Lomack/Garden of Eden in writing. Revocation will apply to future uses of my image, but not to uses that have already occurred.
