We’re growing and looking for a motivated, fluent Spanish speaker to join our team! As part of the Eddie Huang Farmers Agency, you’ll help provide outstanding service to our clients and assist them in protecting what matters most.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish and English

Proficient in computer skills (including email, CRM systems, and data entry)

Active P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance License preferred
(or willingness to obtain one — we can help guide you!) -
Strong communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and desire to grow with our agency
Compensation & Bonus

Starting Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience and licensing)$300 Signing Bonus – if you hold an active P&C license with 1+ year of experience$500 Signing Bonus – if you hold active P&C and Life licenses with 2+ years of experience
What You'll Do:

Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy updates, and claims

Take premium payments and process transactions accurately

Translate and explain insurance coverage to Spanish-speaking clients

Support sales and customer retention goals
