Position Overview
The Sales Representative will drive new business growth and manage accounts, selling a wide range of products including restaurant supplies, paper goods, and cleaning products. This role blends business development and relationship management with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Present and promote product offerings to restaurants, retailers, and commercial clients.
- Prepare quotes, track sales activity, and meet monthly goals.
- ?Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer success.
- Territory is the larger East Bay area.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in distribution, wholesale, or food service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently.
- ?Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
- $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
- 1% commission on net sales
