What sets me apart is my deep understanding of both people and of business challenges. After 18 years of managing multimillion dollar P&L’s I transitioned into leading HR departments at public and private companies. All companies are not really the product or the service they provide, but they are the people that perform the service and make the product. Essentially all business problems are people problems, and I am an expert at solving people problems with a focus on business success.
