Mind Balance Flow is a physician-owned integrative wellness clinic located in downtown Livermore, serving the Tri-Valley.

Founded by Dr. Elyas Parsa, DO — a Family Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience across emergency medicine, county hospital care, and underserved populations — Mind Balance Flow specializes in ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato® (esketamine), the only FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression.

We serve patients who have tried traditional medications and therapy without sufficient relief. Our approach combines clinical rigor with deep respect for the healing process, treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Services include IV and IM ketamine therapy, Spravato® (Medicare and major insurance accepted), telemedicine, medication management, and integration support.
