About Us
Shakespeare's Associates,Inc., DBA SPARC producers of Shakespeare in the Vineyards at Darcie Kent Vineyards on Tesla Road, Livermore, is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to creating community by producing and supporting theatrical events that celebrate writers of depth and passion and diverse cultural programs. We are committed to providing the public engaging and transformative experiences. In addition to our summer programs and the Science@Play program of new and newly commissioned work by BIPOC writers, we are known for our education programs, ranging from So Wise So Young, a 10-week in-schools early literacy program in all 2nd Grade classrooms in the LVJUSD, to job-based learning programs such as High School Internship, College Apprentice, and Masters Fellowship programs.
