The Villas consist of two skilled nursing facilities and two assisted living facilities. Avondale and Stratford Villa post acute are our Five-Star Medicare Certified skilled nursing facilities located near downtown Livermore. We strive to provide best quality care in a home like setting. Milan Villa is one of our assisted living facilities and the staff are dedicated to providing individualized care for residents who seek an independent lifestyle. Tuscany Villa is the assisted living facility that provides residents with specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
