About Us

Tri-Valley REACH builds inclusive communities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently. REACH aims to create local, affordable, and equitable living options that facilitate a path towards independence. The need for such housing and services in our community continues to grow, and REACH plays a critical role in fulfilling this need, We own 12 homes in the Tri-Valley, including 6 in Livermore, that provide independent living opportunities to 42 adults with I/DD. Our rents start at $350 a month or 30% of income, whichever is higher.
