LARPD FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES 5TH ANNUAL WINE DOWN IN THE GROVE FUNDRAISER
Livermore, CA – The LARPD Foundation invites the community to attend the 5th Annual Wine Down in the Grove fundraiser on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Ravenswood Historic Site in Livermore.

The annual event brings together community members, local businesses, and supporters for an evening of food, wine, beer, live music, and fundraising in support of parks, recreation, and scholarship programs throughout the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District.

The evening will feature dinner catered by On the Vine Catering, wine and beer tastings from local producers, live music by Tim Gomes, a silent auction, and a live auction led by Marc Roberts.

"The support we receive through Wine Down in the Grove helps expand access to recreation opportunities for individuals and families throughout our community," said Dave Muela, LARPD Foundation President. "Whether it's helping provide scholarships, supporting programs and events, or enhancing parks and open spaces, this event allows us to make a meaningful impact across the district."

The LARPD Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life throughout the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District through advocacy, collaboration, and financial assistance, primarily focused on providing recreation opportunities for underserved community members and enhancing parks and open space.

The fundraiser has become one of the Foundation's signature annual events. Proceeds from Wine Down in the Grove help fund scholarships, recreation programs, senior events, and projects that enhance parks and open space throughout the community. In 2025, Foundation support helped provide 274 program scholarships and 161 swim lesson sessions, reducing barriers to participation and expanding access to recreational opportunities.
