Hosted By: Kimberly Koste. I'm so excited to convene with other curious beings. I have been fascinated by people's behavior since I was a teenager. Why do we do the things we do, say the things we say? I earned my M.A. in psychology in 1995, particularly interested in family dynamics and then relationships in general. I have always known I wanted to help people but it wasn't until I found coaching about 10 years ago that I became confident that actual transformation was possible. There is nothing more rewarding for me than seeing people experience breakthroughs and completely changing the dynamics in their relationships!

But my own path was riddled with frustration and failure. It wasn't until I transformed me that I became a "coach" in my own right. I know what it takes to have the ah ha's. It's not easy and it helps to have someone standing with you while you "break through" patterns that have held you back, kept you stuck in anger and resentment and prevented you from having truly happy, healthy relationships. I stand with and for my clients to find the love and peace that absolutely IS available to them on the other side of transformation.
