About Us
CAPE Inc., Community Association for Preschool Education, is a non-profit organization located in Livermore, which has provided early care and education services, and family support services, to low-income families in Alameda County since 1966. CAPE provides Head Start, Early Head Start, State Preschool and General Child Care to children birth through 5 years of age and their families. Extended day services are provided 10 months per year, and full-day/full-year services are provided 12 months per year, based on family needs. CAPE is currently accepting applications for free or low-cost childcare and preschool services in Livermore, Dublin & Pleasanton. Eligibility is based on family size and income.
